We aim to deliver your OPUSVENUSTAS order to you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number where available.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times vary by product and will be indicated on each product page. All times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) or due to customs processes.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before ordering.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates
  2. Contact your local postal service or customs office (for international orders)
  3. Email us at opusvenustas@gmail.com if your order is more than 5 working days past the estimated date

We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. OPUSVENUSTAS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately — we can make changes before dispatch only.
