Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- In its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact
- Not damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. underwear, earrings) where the hygiene seal has been broken
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at opusvenustas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 working days with your free return label and instructions
- Pack the item securely and attach the return label
- Drop it off at the designated carrier location
We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns — you will not be charged.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email within 3 working days.
- Approved refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
- Partial refund: May apply if the item is returned in a different condition from how it was sent
- Rejected return: Items not meeting our conditions will be sent back to you at your expense
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at opusvenustas@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit — your choice. Return shipping for faulty items is always free.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Please email us immediately at opusvenustas@gmail.com with your order number. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled — you would need to follow the returns process above.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at opusvenustas@gmail.com.
